The Clerk of Council’s Office provides administrative support to the Mayor and Town Council, which includes attending and keeping records of all Town Council Meetings, keeping accurate minutes to include all votes taken by Council, processing ordinances and resolutions adopted by the Council, maintaining the Town Charter and Code, as well as all archival records of previous administrations.
