Town Manager | Reid Wodicka
Mr. Wodicka was appointed Town Manager in March 2009. Currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree from James Madison University’s College of Public and International Affairs, Mr. Wodicka has a BS in Public Policy and Administration from JMU. Mr. Wodicka oversees the day-to-day operations and is responsible for the sound management of the town government. Mr. Wodicka’s immediate and long-term goals for the community revolve around the lasting sustainability and solvency of the Town. The Town Administration recognizes that this is accomplished through thoughtful planning, coordination with the community as a whole, and decisive action. Mr. Wodicka’s professional interests include local government management, regional implementation of urban policy, and local urban policy.
Town Manager Responsibilities
The Town Manager serves as the chief administrative officer of the Town and is responsible for the activity of all Town departments and employees. The Town Manager is appointed by the Town Council.
