ARTICLE I
Conduct Around Fires and Fire Apparatus

§ 92-1. Unauthorized entry of room containing fire apparatus.
No persons other than the members of the Elkton Volunteer Fire Company and the officers of the town shall enter any room in which is kept the engine and fire apparatus belonging to such fire company, except by invitation or permission of the officers of the town or members of such fire company.
§ 92-2. Fire lines in area of fire.
The Elkton Volunteer Fire Company and police officers of the town shall have the right and authority to stretch lines around any fire area. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter such enclosure or to remain therein, except persons connected with such fire company or Police Department of the town, town officials, persons holding passes signed by the Fire Chief or Chief of Police, and the owner or occupants of the buildings.
§ 92-3. Violations and penalties.
It shall be an offense for any person to fail to abide by this article, and any person found guilty thereof shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250. Each day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
